Boys & Girls Clubs to Honor Veterans with Free Club Membership to all Youth in Families of the US Military
November 9, 2017
In honor of Veteran's Day, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Louisiana is offering free Club Membership to all youth at any one of our four Club sites in families who have served or currently are serving in any branch of the United States Military.
Veterans Day is intended to honor and thank all military personnel who served the United States in all wars, particularly living veterans. It is marked by parades and church services and in many places the American flag is hung at half mast. Veterans Day is officially observed on November 11.
We at Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Louisiana are very thankful to all those who have served and those who continue to serve in our nation's military.
